Year 14 Course information
This year in Travel and Tourism we will be sitting 3 different units:
Unit 9: G728 Tourism Development (taught by Mrs G Johnston) is an exam to be taken in January
Unit 10: G729 Event Managment (taught by Mr T Manson) is a portfolio unit that will be completed in January but examined in May
Unit 12: G731 Ecotourism (taught by both Mrs G Johnston and Mr T Manson) is a portfolio unit that will be completed from Feb to May
The Year 14 course develops some of the themes studied in Year 13. There is a lot more research and opportunity for personal and group investigation. Students must work consistently hard throughout the year to make sure that they attain the grade that they are capable of achieving.
